Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in the Kansas Manufactured Housing Association (“KMHA”). This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for memberships, event registrations, and sponsorships purchased through our website at https://kansashome.net.

Memberships, Event Registrations, and Sponsorships

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to KMHA at kmha@kansashome.net.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase and applicable deadlines, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Refunds, if granted, are subject to a deduction of administrative fees to cover processing costs.

  • Refund requests made after the applicable deadline will not be accepted.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact KMHA via email at kmha@kansashome.net with your purchase details and reason for the refund request.

  2. KMHA will review your request and notify you of the refund decision within 7 business days.

  3. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Any discounts, promotions, or special offers applied at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • No refunds are provided for no-shows or cancellations after the refund deadline.

Changes to This Refund Policy

KMHA reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last updated” date.
